Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations work for Eduqentra Mind’s training programs, workshops, and educational services. The rules below apply unless an order document states otherwise.
1. General Principles
Eduqentra Mind delivers professional education with instructor time, preparation, and reserved delivery windows. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the training format, timing of cancellation, and whether Materials were delivered.
Where possible, we prioritize rescheduling or credit over refunds to preserve continuity for your team.
2. Definitions
“Booking” means a confirmed session date/time or reserved instructor capacity.
“Digital Materials” means downloadable or portal-access content, including recordings and templates.
“Custom Program” means training tailored to your organization (e.g., bespoke exercises or internal architecture walkthroughs).
3. Cancellations by the Customer (Live Sessions)
If you cancel a live session, refund outcomes depend on notice:
More than 14 days prior: eligible for a refund of fees paid for the canceled session, minus any non-refundable deposits or committed third-party costs.
8–14 days prior: eligible for a partial refund or training credit, because instructor time and scheduling capacity have been reserved.
0–7 days prior: generally not refundable; you may request a reschedule subject to availability and administrative fees.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates. Rescheduling may require additional fees if the request occurs close to the session date or if the program requires re-preparation.
If Participants miss sessions due to no-shows or internal scheduling conflicts, refunds are not provided. We may offer a recording or summary when available, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Digital Materials and Recordings
Due to the nature of digital delivery, Digital Materials are generally non-refundable once access is granted or a download link is delivered. If access fails due to a verified technical issue on our side and we cannot remediate it within a reasonable time, we may provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
6. Custom Programs and Workshops
Custom Programs involve design work, preparation, and internal alignment. Deposits or design fees are typically non-refundable once work begins. If a Custom Program is canceled, refunds (if any) will account for completed preparation and reserved capacity.
Where appropriate, we may convert unused portions into credit for future sessions, subject to an agreed timeline.
7. Cancellations by Eduqentra Mind
If we must cancel a session (e.g., instructor illness or unexpected unavailability), we will offer rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund for the canceled portion.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage Customers to contact us first to resolve billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback without giving us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue may result in suspension of access to Materials and future bookings.
9. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should include the Customer name, booking details, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to validate eligibility and to improve program delivery.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible, or via another agreed method. Processing times depend on payment providers and financial institutions.
